65 Miles into Napa

Today was quite a day. The team is really starting to find their place, 5 days later. I had a great ride with some great riders today... Tyler Peterson - Houston Carbaugh - Nick Jones - Rich Alan - Follow them!

We had a 5:30 wake up from the USF dorms...got on the road shortly after to head to the Golden Gate. It was about 15 degrees warmer this time than two years ago...but still cold enough to huddle up like penguins.

We did the same ride 20 something mile ride through Sausalito as we did yesterday...it was about 20 times better with just the North route...No offense South...but we're just better ;-D

After that it was pretty damn rough going through the rolling mountains of California. We got red flagged about 8 times due to falling sweep groups and etc...but it was never enough to rack us up completely...Thank god...because I want to ride every mile.

I'm laying in bed at the Best Western in Napa and can't keep my eyes open...glad I got this in...ready to hit the hay. good night all.

If I hear Katy Perry's California girls one more time.........& EVERYWHERE BLASTS Lady Gaga 24/7!! I thought the radio would be BETTER here than Atlanta!!
