I have advanced my life in a way that puts my energy, commitment, and time back into the community that surrounds me here in Atlanta. I have promoted collaboration between my own grassroots company, StayATL, and the businesses that make up the people of our city because I believe there is value in promoting a sustainable and community driven Atlanta.
I am an action-oriented individual, I take my roles with great care and consequence. I believe that my community is at a point where the status quo is no longer acceptable, the people and businesses that make up my diverse, inclusive and beautiful community are getting left behind.
I have gained invaluable insight from my personal experiences having graduated from Georgia State University, seeing crime first hand and failures in our criminal justice system throughout neighborhoods in the city, and the frustration in our city’s ability to guarantee infrastructure to transport our people from home to work. With these three mains ideas in focus, education, petty crime, and transportation, I believe there is opportunity for change on which the current councilmember has failed to act.
With your help and support, I will apply my capacity, desire and vision to tilt Atlanta back in the right direction. I hope you share my optimism about advancing our city through winning the District 5 City Council seat.
